We are very pleased with the quality of your craftsmanship. We ordered the 12 gauge metal which we are pleased with our decision. I would have easily given you a 5 star rating, but we struggled through two phone calls and an email to get the height of the numbers. We ordered the 20” width, but did not realize that included the palm trees within the measurement. It would be very helpful if you installed some software so the customer could see what their address would look like laid out. We definitely would have went with the next width up, because the numbers look scrounged together. They are readable from the street, so it will be satisfactory for now. However, you could have had an upsell on the next size up and your customer would have given you 5 stars instead of 4 stars. We are very pleased to find a product made in the USA, by native Americans. Best of luck with your continued successful business.
